Thank you for visiting my blog! I really appreciate your love and support in all of my mission work. You have done so much for me and I really appreciate you all. I hope you all had a great Christmas and are gearing up to start the new year! I know I am! 2009 is the year I will be in Uganda! How exciting is that?!
This is my first post on my Uganda blog. I am SO excited about this and I am SO excited that you are on board! It's very cool how technology can allow you to be so involved in this entire process. I hope I can use this to let you know where I am spiritually with getting prepared to go, and also to share ways that you can keep my team and I in your prayers. Yall mean the world to me.
As I mentioned in my letter, I have been doing so much neat stuff to get ready for my internship in Uganda. I will start my African Seminar and Mission class when school starts on January 12th. I am ecstatic! I have also been missing Africa Devo over the break, and I am excited to get back to that as well.
This will be all for my first post, but I will definitely be updating again soon. I want to leave you with the scripture that is used in the URL address for this site. I feel like it really speaks to my heart while getting prepared to go.
